I've just recently rewatched them...Interesting. I've just recently rewatched them as well and found that Aliens was the one that annoyed me the most. Yes, Alien 3 undid all the work done by Aliens, but it also allowed me to think: What if Aliens didn't happen and Alien 3 picked up after the first Alien, but with the knowledge that the Nostromo pod crash landed on the prison planet, bypassing all the stuff that got covered in Aliens. It works for me and actually makes the character arc of Ripley seem a bit more in line with the original movie.<br /><br />*shrug*<br /><br />Have you seen the musical Oliver! ?
